Brunca Single Origin Specialty Coffee
Balanced Body | Orange Blossoms and Jasmine | Light Acidity
Our Brunca coffee is grown in San Isidro, Costa Rica, in the southern Brunca region, the youngest coffee-producing micro-region of the country. The ripe coffee fruit is harvested by hand between September and February, the seeds are then de-pulped and washed to be later sun dried for seven days. The coffee from this region is characterized by its light aromas and sweet flavors of orange blossoms and jasmine, resulting in an exquisite cup with a round body and smooth acidity.
